I cook with creativity and flavor-first intention
For me, cooking is creativity—art as much as industry. I use food to express and share something personal, and in the end I keep my focus on one thing: flavor.
I’ve built my craft through kitchens and constant learning
I learned by cooking in restaurants in Utah Valley and by cooking on my own. I’m always reading, exploring, and trying new things so each menu reflects both experience and curiosity.
I believe the details are where the magic happens
I focus on the details because small, intentional choices can transform a dish. My philosophy is to elevate the things I already love about food—then refine them until every bite feels complete.

Chef Evan and his team were fantastic. We had a large group of almost 20 people and every single person enjoyed the meal. We had something for everyone. The presentation was spectacular, the explanations were detailed, and the morning after the group is still raving about the experience. We’ve passed along his information to our corporate team to use in the future. Thank you, Evan!
